Elite Home Services was founded by Josh Romero, a Lake Tahoe native with extensive
experience in luxury property management and resort operations.
Josh has dedicated his career to providing exceptional hospitality and sharing his passion for
the great outdoors. Starting with roles tuning skis at a local shop, working valet, and coaching ski lessons,
his hard work and determination propelled him to an award-winning career as a property manager with
Exclusive Resorts, the world’s leading private luxury club. In 2017, Josh and his team earned the
prestigious “Destination of the Year” award for their outstanding management of the
Mountainside Northstar Residences in Truckee, California.
From property maintenance and security system upgrades to fully stocking your refrigerator
or clearing snow, Elite Home Services ensures your Tahoe home is cared for with
the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

To say he was the best host we’ve ever had is an understatement. He captained a boat for us and took us water skiing, arranged a private chef, gave us the scoop on river rafting and outlined where to hike and bike for all skill levels.
